![]() ![]() ![]() I tried with sudo open -a TextEdit /var/db/. but don't works I resolved with the vi progra In my case (mac mini with High Sierra 10.13.5 monitor HP 2309m) the command open -a TextEdit /var/db/. do not allow me to edit the file even modifying the permissions. When I set the TV to not Overscan, and OSX to Overscan on 1080p it fills the screen perfectly. This was causing part of it to be cut off. 2:11 PM and my Mac (2007 Macbook) were set to Overscan the image. If you see an option to change the screen resolution, you can choose the one that matches the dimensions of your TV or projector On my Mac Mini display preferences I reselected the Overscan option. From here, you can use the slider to adjust the overscan or underscan setting. Adjust from the menu on your Mac While mirroring your Mac to a TV or projector, go to System Preferences > Displays. ![]()
